Adult Christ-Light BIBLE StudY:  This Bible study looks at the same Bible story that the children in school, Wednesday class and Sunday school learn.  It will meet in the church basement.  On Thursday, Pastor Ott will teach the study at 8:30 p.m.  On Sunday, Mr. Muchka will teach the study at 8:00 a.m.

SUNDAY MORNING COMMONS BIBLE STUDY:  A Sunday morning Bible study that meets in the school commons at 8:00 a.m.  Pastor Ott leads this study.  It looks at various teachings of the Bible.  We are studying the Book of Hebrews.

His Word - My Life BIBLE STUDY:  These studies meet Monday mornings at 7:00 a.m. in the church basement.  This study is a part of a core curriculum that focuses on books of the Bible, people of the Bible, theology, and areas of service to the Lord.  In this class we look at how Bible truths apply to our daily lives.  As we read the Bible, our eyes quickly glance over words like sanctification, justification, and predestination.  This study helps us understand these terms, and thus helps us understand the basic teachings of the New Testament.

TUESDAY AFTERNOON Bible Study:  In this class we look at foundational truths of the Christian faith with an emphasis on how they apply to congregational life.  Join us as we review the basic doctrines of the Christian faith as they are taught in the Lutheran Church.  Join us at the church for study and then pick up your kids at school!

"Naomi Circle":  This is the name of the widows and friends group in our congregation.  This group is open to the widows of our congregation and any lady friend (widow or not) they would like to bring along!  The group provides a wonderful opportunity for Christian women to come together around God's Word, study and support one another.  A non-widow would certainly find this beneficial!  If you would like to join us but do not have a ride, please call Paula Ott at (920) 846-2348.  Call Paula Ott for details and car pooling.  We will study the book of Zechariah, one of the Minor Prophets, and then eat.  We will meet on Monday, March 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Street Cafe'.

Bread of Life for Women:  Our women's Bible Study and it's just for women.  We have a lot of fun together and spend a great deal of time laughing.  Please come and spend some time with us.  After each study, we spend time in the school kitchen making a delicious meal for you to take home for you and your family.  If you have to leave after the study, we understand.  If you have something you would like to make, contact Paula Ott, (920) 864-2348.  We will meet on Tuesday, March 16 at 7:00 p.m. at school.

Youth Group Bible Study:  These studies take place in the school commons on Monday nights (except during the summer months).  These studies pertain to issues which concern today's teens from a Christian point of view.  All teens from 9th grade through 12th grade are invited to attend.  We usually have "Open Gym" following the Bible study for those who would like to enjoy some extra fellowship with kids their age.  Join us and bring a friend!  We are studying the writings of Solomon.  This month we will see what God had the wisest man who ever lived write about the meaning of life.

BUILDING FOREVER FRIENDS:  (None scheduled at this time.)  Join us and learn ways to improve the witness you give in your daily life to those around you.  We will meet from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  Refreshments and childcare will be provided.  Join us and learn more ways that you can share Jesus in your daily lives!

MEN'S BIBLE STUDYOur Men's Bible Study meets in the school commons.  We will be studying Strengthening and Supporting One Another.  After the study, you are welcome to stay and visit, play card, play basketball, or whatever else you might find enjoyable with your fellow members.  We will meet on Sunday, March 14 at 1:00 p.m.

New Life in Christ Class:  This is the name of a Bible Information class that covers the basic doctrines that we teach and believe.  If you are already a member, it is a great review of confirmation class.  It uses the same format that grades 6-8 use in confirmation class.  If you are not a member, this class introduces you to what we believe.  After completing the course, you are welcome to join the congregation if you also believe what we teach.  The class is 20 lessons.  Each class will last about 45 minutes.  We will meet Sunday evenings at 7:00 p.m.  If this time does not work with your schedule, please talk to Pastor Ott about setting up another time for the class.

SUNDAY SCHOOL:  If you have a child between the ages of 3 and 5, feel free to send them.  After worship each Sunday, we will meet for about 25 minutes in the Bible Classroom in the church basement.  We will read a short story from the Bible, sing songs of praise, and do an art activity.  Each of the children will have their own folder, which they should try to bring each week.  The children will also be singing in church a few Sundays.  Please watch your child's folder and the church bulletin for those dates.  Coming to Sunday School each week is an excellent opportunity to learn about the Savior, but we also encourage each family to sit down and review the stories with their child and do the coloring sheets and activities that are sent home with them each week.  If you want to sit in with your child to see what they are learning, please feel free.  We thank God for allowing us this opportunity to share his Word with the young believers of our congregation.

GOD'S GREAT EXCHANGE WORKSHOP:  At this workshop, we will become familiar with one way to visibly share God's law and gospel with someone.  You will get hands-on practice and take home resources.  During the past three years, the school children have learned this presentation in confirmation class.  Now parents and other adults can learn a simple way to share the good news about Jesus.

FRIENDSHIP WITNESSING WORKSHOP:  This workshop will help you to see the opportunities in our life to build bridges to the unchurched among your friends, relatives, associates, and neighbors.  We want to build these bridges so that when these people have questions of a spiritual nature, they will come to us and then we can share Jesus with them.  Join us for this important study and learn how to be the best friend you can be and build friendships that will last throughout eternity!

CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS/EASTER FOR KIDS:  These Vacation Bible School style events are for children ages 3 through those in the 6th grade.  We learn the Christmas story at Christmas for Kids and the story of Easter at Easter for Kids.  We sing songs, make crafts, and enjoy lunch together.  These are a great chance for parents to get other things done without the kids.  These events are also a great way to introduce unchurched people to Jesus.  Invite a friend or neighbor and join us!
